That "all to one" that is said so much and sometimes so little is practiced, because it is not precisely something in which we are left behind.

Passion for cooking and pure flavors, as well as the spirit of business, Amano was born from the great friendship of Javier and Fran and their desire to open a restaurant that reflects these values. Both Javier Goya and Fran Ramírez and Manuel Vadillo have designed the best of the projects.

We are going to the limit together and for all, in a project that walks, that resists, that evolves. We, always together. The one to get you to enjoy and feel that coming to hand is different and special
